We all have been through difficult times and things have not gotten easier due to instability in our whole world. And we all have different ways to cope with this instability and not knowing how our future will be effected by it.

So I have decided to offer you a mini-course to share the wisdom of yoga integrated with my own experience to empower your life so you can navigate with confidence through life. This is a Hatha Yoga Course and will include asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and Meditation in a seated position or in Savasana for proper relaxation and rest.
The purpose of this course: To give you the necessary tools which consist of related asana practice, special breathing and meditation techniques that will help you to;
- Really feel and hear your inner voice.
- Get in touch with who you really are.
- Feel more connected with yourself and others around you.
- Become more receptive , accepting and forgiving towards yourself and others.
- Discover your boundaries, not only in your body but also in your heart and mind.
- Be the driver of your own life.
Ultimately you will hold a more balanced and peaceful inner-state through the ups and downs of you life. Also be aware that trusting and following your inner navigation is not only empowering for you but ultimately also for those around you.
